Our Story

I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, where deep in the Amazon Rainforest lies Angel Falls, the tallest waterfall in the world, and inspiration for the company name. My family and I migrated to Miami, FL, where I grew up.

I loved flowers and always surrounded myself with plants and gardening. Growing up in a big city, I often had fun poked at me by getting called things like old gardener lady, grandma, or tree hugger. I didn’t let that affect me, though, and I pursued a degree in Environmental Studies focused on Agroecology. While in this program, I discovered my love for plants, flowers, and sustainable agriculture. 

I’ve always fantasized about owning a flower shop, a greenhouse center, or a flower farm; anything that would be related to flowers and plants. Summer of 2019, I decided to act on my dream and started to work weekends at the local greenhouse and florist shop. This was the firs step towards starting my own floral arrangement business and managing my own flower farm. This experience made me realize I loved every single minute of it and wondered why I waited so long to act on it. This is my passion and it didn’t feel like a job to me!

I have since started my own flower business and my mission is to share my passion for flowers and plants with the Ogden community.
